| The Sitting Room |
If you read the history
of Orbost House, you will see that this wing used to be
servants quarters. Yes, that is what you get: the servants
quarters and they come with a quirky, Harry-Potter-like charm.
Nowadays though, the MacLeod Apartment has been adapted and changed
into a nice and cosy holiday apartment, which is ideally placed to capture the magnificent views of ocean
and mountains. It consist of two bed rooms, a sitting room, a big kitchen, and bathroom. Prices for renting range from £295 to £475 per week, depending on the season.

| The Double-Bed Roo |
Within a short walk, down a quiet farm road, there is a sandy beach
where children can play happily for hours, exploring the rock pools.
Further away, but still within easy walking distance, are MacLeod's
Maidens (rock stacks rising from the sea) and MacLeod's Tables (high,
flat-topped hills.)
Serious climbers will be drawn inexorably to the
mighty Cuillins, but there are plenty of opportunities round about for
gentler exercise - pony trekking, boat trips to view the basking seals
or simply exploring the Duirinish and Waternish peninsulae close by.
